30-Day Return Policy: You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: Contact us at declan@idocad.ie to start the return process. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
